Internships

Field Theory is committed to nurturing the next generation of engineers and entrepreneurs. For the past seven years, we’ve hosted interns from high school to college, offering hands-on experience in antenna design, RF testing, and team collaboration. Our interns gain practical skills like soldering, antenna theory, and using RF test equipment, while also learning about marketing, business, and operations.

We’re also proud to sponsor students at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), providing financial support and mentoring for Senior Design Projects. In 2024, we supported 108 students across 24 design teams, and our engineers actively engaged with students during the annual Senior Design Day. Our ongoing partnership with MSOE, led by Dr. Steven Holland, allows us to introduce students to electromagnetics and RF through presentations and events.
